You're too kind, Jimmy-san. :) But those blades are really impressive. My sister and I bought one for her boyfriend, and I must say, I wouldn't like to feel something like -that- pushed against my throat.

Hmmm. Maybe we need to get your sister's boyfriend a new hobby. I recommend kissake dolls, they're more challenging. ^_^

I don't think they'll agree. Besides, I'm a swords-fan myself, so I don't really care. :bg:

Cool. What sword is your favorite? I like the ZATOICHI model myself. (BTW the kissake doll thing was a joke just in case they overheard) ^_^

If you ask me about swords, well...one of the most expensive swords in here is the BALISONG.

Actually, it's more of a dagger, a foldable one.:sheep:

Yeah there are working lightsabers, but you can't fight with them. They are for display only.

I actually prefer the simple, medieval-like sword. Or a fencing sword. What I wouldn't give to learn fencing...:sigh:

Is the reverse-blade sword has 2 edges?

No...the title of the sword "REVERSED edge" speaks for itself :)

it means the blade of the sword is in the part near or facing the owner instead of being in the other part away from the owner to cut faster in the opponent ahead :)

Which is a sword that is more of a danger to its own master than its opponent.

Which is why you need to be of great skill in order to use one, especially in the art of "IADO", which is the quick-draw art of removing your katana from it's scabbard and striking your opponent in one smooth, lightning quick movement. If you decide to buy one,I don't recommend practicing "IADO" with a reverse blade katana until you've practiced for a while.
